All customers of JBN Flowers agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. JBN Flowers reserves the right to change these at their discretion.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Our Policy
As flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal and practical availability, it may be necessary for JBN Flowers to make substitutions to flowers, packaging and merchandise in order to deliver orders on time or where flowers or products are temporarily unavailable.
In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made for flowers of a similar shape, size and value. Different flower types and colours may be used if the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained.
In the event that the substitution constitutes a major departure from the content or style of the advertised product, we will make every effort to reach you by phone and email to seek you approval before proceeding.
All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater than the original order.
Product Freshness
We only use the freshest and best quality product at JBN Flowers™. As such, some stems, including Lilies, Iris, Alstroemeria, etc. may be closed when received.
Website Pricing
All prices on the JBN Flowers™ website are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
After an order is processed for delivery to a regional area, we reserve the right to vary the price and will seek the customer's consent to continue with the increase, or provide a full refund.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
When providing your credit or debit card details you are agreeing that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.
Security
JBN Flowers is committed to ensuring your security when ordering online. We have technical systems in place to ensure your security when providing your credit card details. We use eWay (http://www.eway.com.au) or Paypal to process your credit card payments and your credit card details are never handled by our system. We do not receive a copy of your credit card number. eWay and Paypal are the trusted Credit Card processors that are used by thousands of websites to process credit cards online.
Privacy
Flowers for Everyone collects personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as full name of customer and recipient, authorised users, e-mail address, billing address and contact phone numbers. The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been processed, JBN Flowers™ will send you a confirmation email summarising your order and providing a reference code for your records.
This email is also your tax invoice for the order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the details of the order provided on the order confirmation to ensure they are correct.
Varying or Cancelling an Order
Same Day Order
As we offer a same day delivery service, we would ask that you advise us of any variations or cancellations to your order as soon as possible, an admin fee of $15 will apply to the cancellation.
Any variations or changes to your order once it has been placed may incur an additional fee and payment of fees is required prior to delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time, however, if the order has already been dispatched, delivery and wastage fees may apply.
Order in Advance
Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.
- ·Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a full charge of the total order value.
- ·Cancellations received within 24 – 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a 50% of the total order value.
- ·Cancellations received with MORE THAN 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.
- ·Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

Delivery Guarantee - Metropolitan Areas
We guarantee same day for all orders to metropolitan destinations placed before 2pm on weekdays and before 10am on Saturday - based on the local time in the recipient’s time zone.
Metropolitan orders placed before these cut off times are guaranteed to arrive:
- by 5pm to a business address, and
- by 6pm to a residential address.
Valentine’s Day 2021 - Sunday 14th February 2021.
Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee all deliveries to a residential address by 7pm WA time and to a business address by 5pm on Saturday 13/02/2021 and Sunday 14/02/2021. We aren’t able to offer or guarantee any other specific timed deliveries on these dates. If an order to a rural address cannot be delivered same day, we will endeavour to deliver the following business day.
Please note: deliveries to some rural areas, cemeteries and secured buildings are not covered by this guarantee.
By agreeing to "Leave at front door" this gives us permission to leave your entire purchased gift at the recipient's front door or in the requested area.
Substitutions & Products
Products that are available on www.jbnflowers.com.au may not be available in certain areas and may be substituted with a product of equal or higher value. This may include, but is not limited to, JBN Flowers branded packaging, Chocolatier chocolates and soft toys.
We have limited the attachments to some Valentine’s Day products to ensure that the product fits inside the presentation box and arrives safely to the recipient. This includes, but is not limited to, chocolates, vases, soft toys.
Only products shown in our Valentine’s Day range are available to order for delivery on Sunday 14/02/2021.
Order Alterations
Due to the volume of orders for delivery on Valentine’s Day, As of 5pm (local hours), Saturday 13/02/2021, we are unable to amend any orders that are due for delivery on Sunday 14/02/2021. It is the responsibility of the customer to double check and their invoice provided and ensure the recipient’s name and address are correct and complete.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel an order placed for delivery on 13/02/2021 and 14/02/2021 or a 50% of the total charge will apply – this charge will be based on the total cost of the order.
Mother's Day 2021 - Sunday 9th May 2021.
We guarantee same-day delivery by 6pm for all orders to metropolitan destinations placed before 2pm on 8th May and 12pm on 9th May - based on the local time in the recipient's delivery area.
Orders for delivery on Sunday 9th May must be placed before 5pm on Saturday 8th May and are guaranteed to be delivered by 5pm on Sunday 9th May.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
In areas where our couriers are unable to deliver on Sundays but are able to deliver Monday-Saturday - orders will be delivered on Saturday to ensure your Mum receives flowers for Mother's Day.
Changes / Cancellations
Please make sure all order details are correct at the time of ordering.
As of 5pm (time in local delivery area) Friday 7th May 2021, we are unable to vary any orders for delivery on Saturday 8th May.
As of 5pm (time in local delivery area) Saturday 8th May 2021, we are unable to vary any orders for delivery on Sunday 9th May.
As of 5pm (time in local delivery area) Friday 7th May 2021, we are unable to cancel any orders for delivery on Saturday 8th May and Mother's Day Sunday 9th May 2021.
Due to high demand, some colours and variations of flowers may need to be substituted to meet delivery times.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Although Flowers for Everyone take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products, there is no exact science to predict exactly how long our flowers will last.
In addition to flowers being fragile and perishable products, there are many variables that can impact on their longevity. They will react to their immediate indoor environment (eg. air conditioning and heating) and external weather conditions (such as extreme heat). Once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surroundings may also result in reduced longevity that is out of control.
To assist you with getting the most out of your flowers, we include a 'Care Instruction Card' with all deliveries. Our care instructions must be followed thoroughly to get the ultimate life span out of your blooms.
THREE DAY RETURN POLICY
On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, JBN Flowers are happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense, on a day/time you request.
JBN Flowers does however, require that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to the us within 3 days of delivery by email [email protected]
IMPORTANT: To assist us in assessing the product quality, JBN Flowers also reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers (sent by text or email) within three days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. Images also help us to show growers/suppliers what has happened to the product they have provided us with.
REFUNDS
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please email [email protected] within three (3) days of the delivery date to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you, subject to your particular situation.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the Paypal account, if that form of payment is selected. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
